ZEELAND CELEBRATES 50 YEARS OF VLEESHAL

To mark the fiftieth anniversary of Vleeshal, ArtBase Terneuzen and Vleeshal Middelburg, together with eight Zeeland-based art institutions and M HKA Antwerp, present a special exhibition project: Vleeshal Collection On Tour. For the first time, works from the Vleeshal collection will be exhibited at ten venues across the province of Zeeland.

●     VierVaart (Groede): Marijke van Warmerdam

●     Watersnoodmuseum (Ouwerkerk): Pipilotti Rist (Installation temporarily closed)

●     ArtBase Terneuzen: Ann Veronica Janssens, Suchan Kinoshita, Mark Manders, Bruce Nauman, Laure Prouvost

●     Vleeshal (Middelburg): Sara Blokland, Marinus Boezem, Nico van den Boezem,  Jimmie Durham, Rita McBride, Marlow Moss, Remco Torenbosch, JCJ Vanderheyden, Danh Vo, William Verstraeten, en Ian Wallace uit de Vleeshal collectie, naast werk van Piet Dieleman, Lili Dujourie, Hana Miletić, en Varvara Stepanova uit de collectie van het M HKA.

A number of art institutions can be visited free of charge, while admission fees apply at some museums.
