Objective:
ArtBase Terneuzen is a pilot project to explore whether a platform for contemporary art in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is viable. The goal is to work towards a connecting museum model with international appeal and focused on the significance of the region. The brutalist town hall of Terneuzen serves, alongside other locations, as a site for pilot programs. ArtBase Terneuzen also seeks collaboration with other cultural institutions and museums in Zeeland and Flanders.
